Can We Impeach President Barack Obama?

We may not be able to impeach Barack Obama, yet! But we can make sure that he is the 13th. President to only serve one elected term. We can make sure Barack Obama joins the ranks of John Adams, John Quincy Adams, Martin Van Buren, James K Polk, Franklin Pierce, James Buchanan, Rutherford B Hayes, Benjamin Harrison, William Howard Taft, Herbert Hoover, Jimmy Carter and George HW Bush.
This would certainly be fitting for a man, who in my opinion, lied on inauguration day when he stated that he would uphold the Constitution of The United States. I can prove that this man has knowingly and deliberately set out on a campaign to destroy certain aspects of the Constitution he swore to uphold. Barack Obama has violated the oath of office and should be expediently removed from office by an act of Congress. But fear not Barack, Congress has turned on us too.
Now to the solid evidence that this current so-called President has knowingly and willfully disregarded and stomped on the Constitution of The United States of America. In doing so this President has committed several grievous felonies; he has conspired to destroy Constitutional Law; and he has acted against the Constitution in his pursuit to redistribute wealth.

Barack Obama stated "The U.S. has suffered from a fundamentally flawed Constitution that does not mandate or allow for redistribution of wealth."
These statements are clear evidence that this present President was fully aware that the Constitution of The United States disallows the redistribution of wealth. All that Obama has done since entering office is done to redistribute wealth.
This man knew when he falsely swore on the Bible, that he would not protect and defend the Constitution of The United States! But in all reality he has no worries for his crimes against America; his cronies and cohorts in all of the legislative branches of the Government will never impeach Obama; why? They are all just as rotten as he is.
For this reason I have to laugh at all the Tea Party people; we can all say what is going on is wrong; we can all dream of a day when we have converted the Government through the election of true Americans; we can run all over the Country spewing glorious words; but until we the people have the courage to walk right up into the faces of these traitors and throw them physically out, like the Constitution states we can, "Change Will Not Come."
I am not calling for a riot, I could be jailed for such a thing! AH HA! See that? This is the problem in America today, we are more concerned about a little hardship and blood than we are concerned about the very life of our Country. Because of this fact, and it is a fact, you may as well say goodbye to America today, because tomorrow she will no longer be!

I believe that the United States of America is no longer governed by a legitimate Federal Government. I give no consent to the powers that now govern the United States of America to act or speak on my behalf.
The current reigning powers are unjust, they are against the principles and laws of the people, given to each soverign State and citizen by the Constitution of The United States and The Bill of Rights. They have exercised unjust laws and dominion over the soverign States and thus the individual citizens of the soverign States.
The Federal Government has unlawfully dictated laws that are not established upon freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which all American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.
Let it be further known by all the powers of the World that I as a free American citizen do hereby renounce and reject any statements made by the unjust and unlawful governing powers of the United States of America. Specifically, I do not apologize for any action taken by the Armed Forces of The United States of America in their attempt to protect the United States of America from any enemy, whether foreign or domestic.
Let it further be known that I as an American citizen do hereby reject and renounce any support for the government of The United Nations. I offer no support in any form that would assist in the furtherance of their global goals. Let it further be known and understood by the United Nations that the United States of America is a soverign Nation protected by borders, we the American people serve notice that you are not to trespass and cross our borders. To do so will be considered an act of agression and an act of war against our free citizens.
All the afore mentioned is enforceable by the powers and rights given to we the people of the United States of America by the United States Constitution and The Bill of Rights. If the governing powers of America continue to refuse to enforce these several laws, we the people shall do so speedily.
I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its just laws, to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies foreign or domestic, whether a governing power that has turned against the people, or a citizen that seeks to harm the Contitution or its' citizens, or a foreigner that has entered the Country for the purpose of harming the land or the people.

Because we just got a News Report that is such a lie that I could not believe it when I read the full report instead of just the news medias version. Go read the full report and you learn that they confess that these numbers are all based on speculation and not based on one single fact.
I can not believe it! Just go read the full report CBO Stimulus Report. We already know that this Administration will stop at nothing to falsify the effects of their wasted stimulus, but this is the medias doing. Hello Larry, I am daily haunted by the words of a great American, my Father. Long before the people of this Nation became apathetic, when yet a child, my Father told me that this Nation would fall because a time would come when the citizens would no longer stand together against a corrupt Government.
Oh, many "say" they are standing! but they interpret standing as merely "words." To stand means to resist and restrain at all costs.
Isn't it great Larry, all of our schooling, medical, jobs and food on our tables is going to be dependent upon our servitude to the Federal and Local Governments? And if we refuse to become their servant and submit to their authority we will be fined and jailed!

now bear this in mind when I ask this, I am Canadian, so our consitiution is quite different, and we can't "impeach" a prime misiter but we can vote them out of office, however, this article interest me, since how does one go about impeaching a president?

Government control of Corporate America certainly is not the answer to corruption in American Businesses, we already have enough laws on the books to prosecute them when they do wrong, we just need the laws enforced. The entire problem in America rests upon the shoulders of corrupt leaders and politicians. These Presidents are more than just puppets, they are socialists with an agenda, and I can go way back to start listing them all. Clinton and Bush and now Obama are the worst.
Don't be fooled by all the Government rhetoric about how corrupt our corporations are, this is done for the purpose of getting public support for the Government takeover of private industry in America for the purpose of spreading socialism.

Hello Petra, I have often told others that politicians work their scams just like the con man does, wave something you want or need in front of your face while the other hand is robbing you blind. It is so easy for them to do because it is the nature of most people to live for today, not looking down the road to see where the gifts of the Trojan Horse may lead.
Obama has done a great deal. You may or may not agree with what he's done, but few can deny that he has been a whirling dervish since becoming president a scant 13 months ago. Congress passed a huge stimulus package, that included everything from tax breaks for small businesses, to much-needed funding for states troubled by the financial crisis. It's so funny to see republican governors and senators gloat about not voting for the stimulus, yet get photographed taking credit for the accomplishments this funding created in their home states. How hypocritical! It is one thing to say you didn't vote on the stimulus bill, but you just want your state to get it's fair share, since your constituents are taxpaying citizens. I get that. But it's another to disagree with the stimulus, vote against it, then get quoted and photographed taking credit for the funds being funneled into your state. Obama rightly called the guilty governors out on that.
Obama has also proposed a jobs bill that has some Republican perks in it, including tax breaks for businesses, and incentives for companies to hire more employees. Guess who voted against it?

I believe that this President knows for a fact that he is a one term President, and he will do as much as possible as quickly as possible to destroy our Nation and our Liberty.
I do agree with you about the States taking the stimulus funds, what they should have done is refused them and pulled out of the Union, and refused to pay taxes to this damnable Government.
Please don't think that my problem is only with Obama, because I have a problem with both the Democrats and Republicans. We can go back several Presidents and take a look at the things they have done in their attempt to turn this Nation to Socialism.
I say; "To Hell With All The Stimulus!" Good Americans do not want a hand out and welfare, unemployed do not want extended welfare payments! They want a job; and the fact of the matter is that this current Administration is all talk and no action. From the beginning until now, he has shoved money at the problem and it has failed miserably. It will continue to fail until the Government gets their filthy hands out of the problem.
Look at what this man is doing, look at how he is setting us up for Socialism. Look at how he is setting up Governmental Zhars to be the heads of every aspect of Industry and Business. Look at how he is crossing the lines of the Constitutional lines between the power of the States and that of the Government.
Look at how he is attempting to justify taking the wealth from the wealthy and dispersing it to all. Look at how his smear campaigns are attempting to turn us against the wealthy in his efforts to justify his redistribution of wealth. Look at how they have become partners with industry, this is damnable and this is an act of treachery against a free people.
No Government body has been as corrupt and power seeking as the one that now reigns in America. But like I said; this has been building for many years now, it did not happen over night, but it has happened.
The American people are now beginning to awaken from the hypnotic trance that this President's golden teleprompter tongue had them bound by, the majority of Americans now state that he does not deserve a second term. I only hope that more Americans wake up and look ahead to see where he is leading this Country.
All that I have mentioned is but a small amount of the criminal acts of this man, more will be exposed in a document I am writing. People who are seeking the impeachment of this President must wake up to the fact that the first issue at hand is the removal of most of the Congress members, and I mean both parties.
I also call on all Americans to submit this website address anywhere you can because as always Google refuses to do so. In case you did not know, the owners of Google are progressive and socialist. Why would it benefit them to support Socialism? Think about it for a moment; can you imagine being the one chosen by the President's Internet Zhar to supply the entire World?

Of late I have been using the term, "The Left Hand of Evil" for this President. Though Obama may not be the total machine of evil, he does do what the machine has programmed him to do.
Obama has been programmed his entire life to do what he is doing today; but we must also look at ourselves to ascertain why it is that we have allowed evil to overtake America!
Once we have looked at ourselves in the mirror, it is then that perhaps we can change the path our Nation has taken. We must remember that evil can not triumph when the good stand in resistance.
Obama is a master of delusion and deception; this trait is manifested in the power of his tongue and gives him the power of "The Pied Piper" to lead the unsuspecting masses to their grave.
